Early Life:
Gabriel Montgomery was born in the city of Johannesburg. At the age of 13 he auditioned for The National School of Arts and was accepted for classical piano, but always had an interest in Jazz. In 2009 He auditioned for The South African College of Music at The University of Cape Town where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Performance in 2013. During his final year he also qualified as a semi-finalist in the SAMRO overseas bursary competition for keyboard players.

Gabriel has produced many studio projects included Rhema Worship’s 2019 album titled “Forward”
Gabriel currently works as a music producer and session musician, and has aspirations to become a film scorer.
